Brix // 225 N. 170th St.

Brix offers a great private room with space for up to 72 people. There are food and beverage minimums, depending on day of the week and time of day. Prices range from $500-$1200. They are only open Monday-Saturday so planning and booking ahead is a good choice with this venue. Cake is allowed to be brought in, but there is a cutting fee. Don’t fret there is a children’s menu as well so it’s family friendly!

Kona Grill // 295 N. 170th St.

This private room will hold up to 34 people, all at a minimum price per person. For lunches you have a minimum of $100. The minimum for weeknights is $250 for a two-hour time slot. If you wish to reserve the room for an entire evening on a weekend, it would be $500. Cake is allowed at no charge as well. If you are looking for something unique that will be family friendly, you will definitely find that at Kona. Who would want to pass up a place that was awarded first place in appetizers last year? Not you!

Johnny’s Italian Steakhouse // 305 N. 170th St.

Want casual dining with great food? Johnny’s Italian Steakhouse is a great choice. They offer two different party rooms. Room one is $1500 and can hold up to 42 people and room two is $2000 with a max capacity of 70. Friday and Saturday require a food and beverage minimum. With a minimal cake fee of $10, this could be the perfect venue for you.
