The Best Omaha Bridal Shower Venues – Downtown
While wedding dresses do consume most of my days at the store, I have planned quite a few bridal showers (& now baby showers) in Omaha for my friends. One of the most challenging parts of planning the shower was trying to figure out where to host it.
A bridal shower can be very fun, but also stressful if you’re the one planning it (especially if you are from out of town). Omaha has many restaurants that work great for hosting a shower and the best part is you won’t have to cook or clean up before or afterwards. 🙂 Today’s post is the first in a series that includes the best locations around Omaha for a bridal shower (or even maybe a great place to kick off a bachelorette party).

Urban Wine Company // 1037 Jones Street
Are you having an intimate party? They can seat 25-30 people for dinner or 45 people for cocktails only. For food and drink, the minimum is only $300 for the party. Want your own dessert? Cake can be brought in for no addition fee (Bliss Bakery is right next door!). Love wine? Party room, or Barrel Room, includes wine barrel decoration.

M’s Pub // 422 South 11th Street
Can hold up to 22 people. There is no fee to use the space, but you will need a credit card to reserve the room. Cake is also allowed to be brought in with no extra fee. Want something a little more retro? M’s Pub is the oldest standing restaurant in Old Market that offers a wide variety of wines in a rustic setting.

Vivace // 1108 Howard Street
Their private room can hold up to 32 people. There is no fee to use the space, but you will need a credit card to reserve the room. Cake is allowed to be brought in with no cake fee. However, cake may also be ordered through Vivace’s wonderful pastry chef. Private room can be used for a variety of events: bridal showers, rehearsal dinners and small weddings. They have a wide variety of wines and a diverse menu.
