This guest book idea is super simple! Buy a couple bottles of your favorite wine. Create your own wine bottle labels (we love Stoney Creek Wine Press & Etsy). Leave a note to your guests telling them to write a message or cute thought for the couple. Take it one step further and designate each bottle for a specific anniversary. Don’t forget to place pens around too — test first to make sure they don’t smear!

I also have to comment on the Silver Oak pieces. Very nice.
