The final decision of the size ordered will be the responsibility of the customer. Ready or Knot may offer suggestions on sizing but the decision is ultimately up to the customer. **Please note dresses are NOT made to measure and will require alterations.

TIMING FOR DELIVERY All bridesmaids' dresses must be paid in full BEFORE an order can be placed. Ready or Knot cannot place the bridesmaids' dress order until the entire bridal party is complete (paperwork and payment).

Rush order can often be placed for an additional charge. The lead time & charges vary by designer.

PAYMENT Ready or Knot requires payment in full before any dresses are ordered. A $25 fee will be incurred for re-routing any packages. Please note that a $40 charge will be added to all returned checks.

RETURN POLICY Since our merchandise is made to order, there are not exchanges or refnds. All sales are final. There are no exceptions.
